Subsequently to keep a pace with excellent growth of the Company, we transformed its entity in Private Limited Company in July 2004 and established as medium sized growth oriented company. In a short span of period we have achieved remarkable turnover. We witnessed excellent growth rate since formation of the company.

Company is one of the leading manufacturers in India of Water based speciality polymer emulsions for various industries such as Paints, Textiles, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Glass fiber, Leather finishing etc. with notable presence in the Indian as well as foreign market. These products are patronized by all major multinationals and Small and Medium Enterprises in India.

Company has three manufacturing facilities (plants) situated at Mahad and Taloja in Maharashtra and Sitarganj in Uttarakhand which are located strategically to cater domestic as well as foreign market.

Company has well equipped Application Research & Development centre which enable development of innovative coatings aids which are techno commercially acceptable to user industry.
